Pizza Hut delivery man killed after colliding with tow truck

A 25-year-old Pizza Hut delivery man was killed yesterday evening after his motorcycle collided with a tow truck.

At around 8pm yesterday, the 25-year-old, surnamed Kwok, was travelling along Kwai Fuk Road towards Kwai Chung while working a shift when he collided with a tow truck driving in the opposite direction, Apple Daily reports.

Kwok was rushed to Yan Chai Hospital with arm and head injuries but was declared dead at 8:26pm.

The tow truck driver, a 34-year-old man surnamed Wu was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death. 

An investigation by the traffic investigation team of the New Territories South is underway. Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant information to offer is urged to contact police by calling 3661 1300.
