The tutor who wrote a disgusting love letter to a eight year old asking her to make love to him has been convicted of 11 counts of charges, including possessing child pornography, and sentenced to (WTF) four and a half years in jail. That’s a ridiculously light sentence — if this happened in Canada or the United States, he would never have seen the light of day for decades.
Worst still, a psychological evaluation of the 29-year-old tutor Tsang said that he is highly likely to offend again when he is released. Hong Kong really needs tighter laws to protect children from sex offenders!
