Okay we get it, President Aquino will never apologise!

For the billionth time, Philippine president reiterates he has no plans to apologise to Hong Kong over the Manila bus hostage incident.

Philippine President Benigno Aquino responded to Hong Kong’s sanctions against the Philippines which took effect today. The 14-day visa-free arrangements for visiting Philippine officials and diplomatic passport holders will be cancelled from today onwards.

Despite theses sanctions announced by the Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying, Aquino has expressed he will not apologise as he believes doing so would create legal liability.

Aquino also claims that China had never paid compensations to families of Filipinos when they had died in incidents in China.

Legislators in Hong Kong think that the government should initiate tougher sanctions against the Philippines, like banning Filipino domestic helpers from working in Hong Kong and stop Philippine passport holders from visiting Hong Kong to force an apology from Aquino.
