A mother was not happy with her daughter’s performance at school so gave her a bit of a beating at home.
The daughter, studying primary six at a school in Ma On Shan, was discovered by teachers to have bruises and marks on her body. Concerned about the situation, the mother was called in to chat with the teachers at the school.
The mother then basically got into a heated discussion with the teachers at the school, and at one point smashed the door so hard, the glass shattered.
The mother was arrested by the police and is currently being charged for child abuse and criminal damage to property.
