A 28-year-old mother went on a trip to Shenzhen and left her seven-year-old daughter with her 46-year-old boyfriend yesterday morning at an apartment in Shek Pai Wan.
Instead of caring for her, he gave her 10 pieces of bread and left home, disappearing for the rest of the day.
Terrified by the dark, the little girl calls the police around 11:00pm. They arrived and escorted the child to the hospital for evaluation, and are now trying to reach her family.
