It’s 1pm on Monday. You miserably munch down on a sandwich in your office cubicle, and realise that the week has only just begun. How on earth will you manage to survive this living hell?
We’ve all been there. Like, every week.
Thankfully, however, Mindfulness Central has come up with a remedy for us overstressed, overworked Hongkongers. Starting June 29, the meditation masters will be offering FREE sessions every Monday lunchtime in Central.
The meetings are open to both newbies and seasoned practitioners, with the exact structure of each sitting to vary week by week.
For those of you unfamiliar with mindfulness, it’s essentially a meditation process of concentrating on your present thoughts and sensations, thereby focussing your mind away from regrets in the past and worries in the future.
Sounds kinda hippy-dippy, but many of the world’s most succesful people swear by this shit!
The new Monday sittings will be guided by an experienced and certified practitioner, and practically guarantee to set you in better stead to overcome the misery and monotony of the daily grind until Friday.
What: Lunchtime Mindfulness Sessions
