A 35-year-old married man, took pictures of three men naked in the changing room showers. The man, surnamed Wong, used his handphone to take the explicit images.
Wong defended himself at court, expressing that he regrets his actions. His aunt also appeared in court to support him and he brought along three mitigation letters from family and friends about his good character.
The court heard Wong say he has learnt his lesson and will not do anything similar again. Wong was sentenced to four weeks in jail and two years probation.
