Aren’t there enough semi-naked or even naked photos freely available online? Why get yourself in all this trouble?
James Chiang Chi-sum, a 34-year-old anaesthesiologist at the Queen Mary Hospital caught filming upskirt videos of female students in Sai Wan last Feb. have been put on an 18-month probation today by the Eastern Court.
Chiang had tried to flee when he was caught in the act by two plain clothes police officers, but the court still gave him a more lenient probation sentence as he showed regret and remorse for his actions, is unlike to commit again, and was a hard-working son and doctor.
Chiang is required to receive psychological treatment and was ordered to pay HK$2,000 in court fees.
