He was seen cutting in front of actual cars and even pulling out his cell phone at one point, because he’s got calls to make and places to go, okay?
Netizens have already dubbed him “Hot Wheels”, although many have criticised him for his blasé take on road safety, reports Apple Daily.
We’re just giving him a slow clap for figuring out the perfect way to deal with traveling within the city… Though we’d probably strap on a helmet first.
