A 51-year-old man took a lucky lady he met online to Cheung Sha Wan Country Park for a romantic date.
However, when the couple were at the park, two robbers armed with a chopper surrounded the car, forcing the man to speed away, lose control of his car and crash into a ditch.
As the robbers approached the car again, the man’s date bravely told him: “You go first”. He wasted no time in fleeing the scene, leaving his date behind.
The unlucky lady was dragged out of the car and she could only watch as the robbers made off with goods and cash worth HK$9,000, according to Apple Daily.
