Man falls onto tracks: MTR’s third service interruption this week

Earlier this afternoon, a man fell onto the railway tracks at Kowloon Tong MTR station causing a disruption in train services for almost half an hour.

Trains travelling from Mong Kok East to Tai Wai were termporarily suspended at 1:40pm as medics rescued the commuter on the tracks.

MTR arranged for shuttle buses for stranded passengers before the line resume service at around 2:05pm.
