A man in Hong Kong has been arrested after a video of him having sex with a woman in public in broad daylight went viral.
The video, which began circulating on social media over the weekend, shows the woman’s head buried between his legs, with the pair appearing to engage in oral sex in an open area.
The man, who is wearing a pink shirt but appears to be naked from the waist down, seems to notice the people filming them but is apparently unfazed by the attention.
The filmers of the video can be heard squealing and saying, “It’s crazy.”
One also asks the man if he is happy while another tells him to look at the camera.
One onlooker quips that the incident proves that Hongkongers have nowhere to bang, a statement famously made by former lawmaker-elect Yau Wai-ching, who was alluding to young people’s lack of space to get it on in the city due to high rents.
The video ends with the pair kissing.
Oriental Daily quoted the police as saying that they received a report about the pair engaging in an indecent act at the podium of the Tung Chung Municipal Services Building last Wednesday.
After investigations, officers arrested a 36-year-old man on Monday night for outraging public decency.
The force also said it did not rule out further arrests over the incident.
