A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the sexual assault and robbery of a deaf-mute woman in Mong Kok on Thursday.
The suspect, surnamed Lee, was arrested in Mong Kok at 11:50pm on Friday, Apple Daily reports. Around 43 hours before, he reportedly held the 45-year-old victim at knifepoint, allegedly forced her to perform a sexual act on him, and stole her iPhone 6.
Lee, who is unemployed, remains in police custody. Officers searched his home in Tsing Yi yesterday for evidence.
