Sometimes, the need to perform basic household chores strikes us at the most inopportune times. You may be, for example, enjoying your day at Disneyland when you just really have to hang up some laundry – like this woman did on Monday.
At around 4pm, an Apple Daily reader spotted this woman hanging up a bra, some undies and a pair of trousers to dry on a railing at Disneyland’s Main Street USA.
“We all came out here to have fun,” said the reader.
“Why on earth would hang up your underwear? Does she think she’s at home?”
Obviously, a security guard promptly stopped her and told her to cease and desist. In response, she collected her wet clothing and proceeded to hang them up elsewhere – and staff told her off again.
A Taiwanese visitor told Apple Daily that she thought the behaviour was “unsightly and uncivilised”, while a tourist from Wuhan wondered why the woman couldn’t just hang her intimates in her hotel room.
Sometimes, you gotta do what you gotta do – even if you’re at the happiest place on Earth.
