Revered eatery Lin Heung Tea House, which has a long history in Hong Kong, was caught passing their roast duck rice off as roast goose rice, causing customers to complain. Authorities bought their “roast goose rice” and sent it off to the lab, and verified that it was in fact, duck, not goose, which is cheaper than goose. The restaurant was fined HK$8,000!
