Lawmaker fined HK$10,000 for looking at sexy models on iPad at budget speech

Democratic Party, Albert Ho, has been ordered to donate HK$10,000 to women’s rights groups after being caught browsing at pictures of young models in bikinis on his iPad during the Financial Secretary’s budget speech last Wednesday.

The fine was imposed by his party’s disciplinary committee panel, who decided that Ho had violated the party’s code of conduct and damaged their reputation.

Ho had previously publicly apologised for his actions and has admitted he found what he did inappropriate and embarrassing – stating he was tired and stressed that day, and therefore resorted to looking at such photos.
