A female Korean tourist was found dead in the bathroom of a Wan Chai service apartment she had rented for a month yesterday morning. The 33-year-old had only been in Hong Kong for a few days.
When she was discovered by the cleaner, she had an injury on her forehead and had been dead for quite some time. After initial investigation, the police have not ruled out death by an accidental fall, but the cause of death cannot be determined until an autopsy. So far, nothing suspicious had been turned up on CCTV.
