KMB employee arrested for stealing toilet paper

A KMB terminus supervisor at the Hung Hom ferry bus terminal was arrested for allegedly stealing three rolls of toilet paper. The 51-year-old man, surnamed Hui, was known to be honest since he returned a bag of money containing HK$105,000 that a passenger left behind on the bus five years ago.

A cleaner found three rolls of toilet paper missing from the public bathroom at the terminal and alerted a bus driver who was using the bathroom. Later, he found the toilet paper in a bag inside Hui’s kiosk, and called the police, who arrested Hui. He is now suspended from work by KMB.
