Kevin Lau’s attackers not identified in parade, case adjourned

The case where former Ming Pao newspaper chief editor, Kevin Lau, was hacked with a cleaver, leaving him severely injured has been adjourned for two months.

Last week, the two suspects believed to be the attacker and the getaway driver were arrested and taken back to the scene of the attack to reconstruct what had happened.

However, the Eastern Court today adjourned the case for two months, to allow the police time to gather more solid evidence, as the two suspects have not been identified at an identity parade.
