According a research conducted by the Chinese University, 95 percent of teenagers in Hong Kong do not get enough sleep!
The research found that only five percent sleep the recommended nine hours a day, recommended by the World Association of Sleep Medicine, with the majority of the teens sleeping less than the required hours.
We’re not at all surprised by these findings, last year AIA Healthy Living Index found Hongkongers to sleep on average only 6.5 hours a day!
