Organised by the Hong Kong Lacrosse Association to mark the organisation’s 20th anniversary, an invitational tournament – the Hong Kong Open 2014 – was held over the Easter weekend at the Stanley Ho Sports Center at the University of Hong Kong.

Local spectators were in for a treat as they watched the home team, the Hong Kong men’s lacrosse team, exercise extreme lacrosse skills, strength and stamina to take the lead in the tournament’s overall rankings. Shanghai came second and South Korea, third.

After a clean sweep victory, it’s back to training for the Hong Kong men’s lacrosse team, who are now preparing for an upcoming training tour in Japan.
