Hong Kong Free Press is now live

Hong Kong Free Press Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief Tom Grundy at their office.

As of noon today, Hong Kong Free Press is now live (albeit a bit slow).

The city’s newest independent, non-profit online publication got off to a rolling start, featuring 180 pieces of content from the past few three weeks.

If you wish to donate to help them keep running, there is now a continuous Fringebacker campaign, and for the paranoid/shady, they also accept BitCoin. We knew those BitCoin ATM machines were good for something!

If freedom of the press is so not your thing but you still love a good dance party, head to their fundraising party at XXX this Friday.
