We Hongkongers are always looking for new ways to de-stress, whether it’s yoga, cat cafes or getting wasted off our faces on jelly shots. But have you ever considered just going back to the basics?
Knockbox coffee shop on Hak Po Street in Mong Kok is offering customers an innovative solution.
Unearthed by Redditor nanosheep, this stress reduction aid is pinned to a glass wall in the cafe.
For those too harassed to figure it out for themselves, the handy instructions read:
1/ Place on FIRM surface
2/ Follow direction in circle
3/ Repeat Step 2 as necessary, or until unconscious
4/ If unconscious, cease stress reduction activity
We’re assuming that once Step 4 is complete, all agitation will be banished from the body. There’s only one way to find out!
However, aptly-named commenter Dont_touch_my_coffee proffered this warning: “I followed the instruction once but the owner wasn’t too happy about that.”
Sounds like that grumpy grouch needs to bang his head against the wall a few more times.
