An Economist Intelligence Unit survey showed that Hong Kong is the 13th most expensive city in the world to live in.
In worldwide rankings, Hong Kong jumped a spot from last year’s 14th place to this year’s 13th. In Asia however, Hong Kong dropped one rank to 5th place, behind Tokyo, Melbourne and Sydney.
Singapore takes the lead as the most expensive city in the world to live in.
