Nam Pin Wai, Yuen Long
In another outrageous case of parental neglect, the police were called to a village home in Nam Pin Wai, Yuen Long around 2am.
The police arrived to find a pair of sisters, one and four years old, left alone at home by their father. The older sister wandered outside looking for her parents and was trapped by the junk in the stairwell.
Neighbours heard her crying for help and called the police, who rescued the sisters and escorted them to the hospital where they were treated for fright. The father was promptly arrested when he returned home.
These people shouldn’t be allowed to breed! Don’t they know that the government offers services for working parents to hire affordable emergency babysitters
