Lately, everyone’s Facebook news feed have been dominated by Facebook’s “Look Back” movie function to celebrate its 10th birthday, and comedians everywhere have been making spoof videos of celebrities from Kanye West to Darth Vader.
Now, Hong Kong gets its very own CY Leung Look Back spoof, and it’s pretty funny, with highlights such as him admitting that “I am not at all suitable for politics” (from an interview on radio in 1988), which is “Liked” by 5 million people in the spoof (or half of Hong Kong’s population) and a picture of him sweating in a debate when Henry Tang exposed his lie. The creator, Pody Lui, based in Canada, suggested viewers to pay close attention if they want to grasp all the subtle yet witty references.
