A 17-year-old boy who denied two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse and one count of indecent conduct towards a child under 16 was ruled guilty on Friday (Oct. 7) at District Court in Wan Chai. He was arrested and charged after having sex with a 13-year-old girl last August, reports Oriental Daily.
The court heard that the boy, along with the girl and a friend, allegedly took the drug ice together while also playing “truth or dare” at a metre room in a Tung Chung public housing estate. The 13-year-old girl was said to have given the boy a blowjob.
On the following day, the boy met up with the girl and the two had sexual intercourse at an abandoned tent and on a rock in Tung Chung.
The boy was 16 years and 8 months old when the incident took place.
He is awaiting sentencing, pending reports on probation and drug addiction.
