Temperatures on Tai Mo Shan hovered in the low single-digits and dipped below freezing point over the past week as a wintry spell hit the city.

Those who braved the cold and made a trip to the mountain got what they came for: sights of crisp frost formed on the green foliage that lines the mighty peak, a novelty in subtropical Hong Kong.
