Hundreds of people lined up for the Yuen Long Lutheran Life Kindergarten starting yesterday morning to obtain application forms that will begin distributing this morning at 9:00am.
Only 800 forms are available, and frenzied parents have descended in droves to secure a place for their children armed with plastic stools.
Yesterday morning, eager parents have already started lining up outside the school, using stools to hold their place. Many parents even pasted a piece of paper with their name, phone, and self-assigned place on the stools, using them to substitute their actual presence in line.
