Yes, you heard that right. Free beer. This weekend. You’re welcome!
Hop Leaf HK, a local company that imports craft beer, is celebrating its third anniversary and fittingly, they are giving out free beer.
Seven different kinds of craft beer will be available at seven different restaurants across Hong Kong. Each venue will hand out cups of the golden liquid until 60 litres (or two kegs) run out.
Below is the full list and times. Note that they’re scheduled in a way that allows for a free, bacchanalian pub crawl. Uh oh.
Friday, March 20, Kowloon
7-8:30 pm: Al Dente, Tsim Sha Tsui, free Rogue Ales
9-11:30 pm: The Ale Project, Mong Kok, free To Øl
Saturday, March 21, Hong Kong
1-2:30 pm: The Roundhouse, Soho, free Mikkeller
3-4:30 pm: Crafty Cow, Sheung Wan, free Tuatara
5-6:30 pm: The Globe, Soho free Nøgne Ø: Det Kompromissløse Bryggeriet
7-8:30 pm: Tipping Point, Soho, free Baird Beer
9-11:30 pm: Stone Nullah Tavern, Wan Chai, free Anderson Valley Brewing Company
