Flight attendant’s ex-boyfriend confessed to killing someone on WhatsApp

Police are still looking for 25-year-old Oscar Mok who is suspected of killing former girlfriend 26-year-old Arbe Chan, found strangled to death and hidden in her wardrobe.

Mok is believed to have fled to mainland China and police sources reveal that Mok told a friend on WhatsApp that he had killed someone and was really scared. At first Mok’s friend thought he was joking but when he saw what happened to Chan on the news, he reported what was communicated to him to the police.

Police also say he had borrowed money from his family the day before fleeing the city and Chinese borders and police are also scanning CCTV cameras for Mok’s whereabouts.

Investigators think that when Mok runs out of money and places to go, he might opt to return to Hong Kong and surrender.
