Erwiana will return to Hong Kong to be a witness

Members of migrant workers’ union have expressed that allegedly abused Indonesian helper Erwiana Sulistyaningsih will return to Hong Kong as a witness.

Erwiana returned to her hometown with severe injuries, allegedly inflicted by her Hong Kong employer. The female employer has already appeared in court for the assault against Erwiana and other domestic helpers.

The Migrant wokers group is looking to hold rallies on Sunday to fight for better working environment for foreign domestic helpers working in Hong Kong.
