Big Four accounting firm Ernst & Young must have a bad HR problem if their employees are forced to anonymously buy ad space in a newspaper in order to complain about a colleague.
A group of former and current employees allegedly paid for an ad in Apple Daily to write an open letter about to the company about the head of the tax department, a certain “Miss Ho”, who they accuse of “playing office politics”, dividing the company and not accomplishing anything.

The ad also says that Ernst & Young executives “turn a blind eye” to the problem, asking, “How many warnings do you need before you understand the seriousness of the problem?”
