This particular man, however, appears to have trumped us all in the Morning Routine Originality Stakes when he was seen doing a set of nude push-ups on Nathan Road yesterday morning… or literally getting down and dirty, if you will.

The fitness buff’s flaunt-it-if-you’ve-got-it approach to physical training was captured on camera yesterday at around 7am, by a shocked witness surnamed Wong.
Wong said the uninhibited exhibitionist (whom she estimated to be roughly 30-40 years of age) was also filming his own fleshy physical routine with a nearby camera and suspects he could have been a performance artist, or “doing some kind of homework”. Er, we don’t know about you, but we’ve never heard of any homework that required nudity.
Apple Daily reports that a 54-year-old mainland Chinese artist called Ou Zhi-hang is famous for photographing himself doing push-ups in the nude, although whether yesterday’s subject was the artist himself – or just the work of a copycat – remains to be seen.
