Ding ding! Get ready for Round 9 of the Butchers Club Burger Takeover

The protein-loving folks at The Butchers Club Burger do two things well: cooking up delicious burgers, and getting other people to do their job for them.
 
For the ninth round of their Burger Takeover, in which a guest chef takes over the kitchen with his own burger recipe, the restaurant will be adding onto their repertoire of burger selections with the help of Que Vinh Dang from Vietnamese eatery Quest by Que.
 
Chef Que will be serving his Mooink Burger, which features a braised pork belly patty, a beef patty, honey caramelised onions, and Sriracha cheddar sauce. We’re already #drooling.
 
Have a taste of the meaty madness yourself at the takeover on Tuesday, June 9. Can’t make it? The Mooink will still be available till June 22 for dine-in only.
