Zenith Kindergarten and International Nursery has confirmed that a picture of a boy with a bag over his head in a classroom was taken by a teacher at their Yuen Long school in July. The teacher has since been sacked.
RTHK reports, the school has reported the case to the police and Education Bureau, and preparing legal action against the teacher.
Zenith Kindergartens are considering installing CCTV in its classrooms to prevent similar incidents from happening.
