The Guinness Book of World Records does not yet have an entry for the world’s smallest property agency, but we think we may have a contender.

Obviously, it’s in Hong Kong, because when you’re selling tiny-but-totally-useable spaces, you better have one yourself, as another Twitter user pointed out.
Look at that space efficiency! What great light coming through the windows! There are even four pictures on the (lone) wall!
