Their menu includes Manchego and Bomba Rice Fritters, Toastie Sandwich, Bruschetta, and Lardo di Colonnata. Experience their stylish setup with custom-designed, copper pendant lighting set amidst a variety of tribal fabric and tweed-clad armchairs alongside handcrafted cocktails.

Holy Crab!

Sailent Holdings brings Holy Crab, an American-style seafood restaurant specialising in Cajun cuisine, to Hong Kong for the very first time. Taking you through this culinary journey is Executive Chef Mark Kerksta, a graduate of the California Academy of Culinary Arts. Holy Crab will be open seven days a week, starting from Feb. 14.

New year, new food

Enjoy Braised Fish Maw with Japanese Mushrooms (from Feb. 1-14) and Double-Boiled Fish Maw Soup with sea coconuts and Black Chicken (from Feb. 15-28) at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong. Diners can indulge in winter delicacies created from premium fish maw during the dinner buffet.

Be greeted by a bear, curry and coffee at Hong Kong newcomer Sama! The Sapporo-style soups will leave your mouth wanting more, while your mind is entertained by an interior that illustrates the story of how a bear meets curry. The first branch of the Japanese chain in Hong Kong will offer Hokkaido Soup Curry served with rice and vegetables. You can customise your own soup, choosing from tomato, coconut or shrimp curry bases. And if you’re worried that it may be too spicy, the bear will assist you on choosing your spice level.
