Civil servants pay may increase by up to six percent

Based on salary movements in the private sector in the past 12 months ranging between 3.8 percent to 5.96 percent, the annual pay trend suggests that civil servants will be getting similar salary adjustments, reports the RTHK.

The survey proposes that senior civil servants will receive a 5.96 percent increase, middle-ranking officials 4.71 percent and at the lowest salary bands 3.8 percent.
