American-Chinese Tony Ng Wai-chiu (56) who had spent the last 30 years in a Seattle jail for being involved in a Chinatown massacre that resulted in 13 people dead has been released and deported back to Hong Kong to care for his sick dad.

A closed-door parole hearing released Ng on the grounds of good behavior and that he would not fight deportation.
