Cathay Pacific airlines announced yesterday that come Jun. 29 all flights to and from Pakistan’s Karachi airport will be suspended.
With 38 reported dead in last week’s attacks, including 10 Taliban attackers, Cathay Pacific explained reviewing the safety of the airport and making a commercial decision.
According to the airline, the final 14 flights before the suspension is to cater to those travelling to Pakistan for the holy month of Ramadan, reports the RTHK.
