Need help making connections in Hong Kong’s professional environment? If so, mark your calendar for July 10.
Claudio Fernández-Aráoz, author and senior advisor of global recruitment and consultancy agency firm Egon Zehnder, will next week be hosting a seminar on his new book It’s Not the How or the What but the Who.
Fernández-Aráoz will be offering some insightful tips – which go way beyond passing business cards with two hands – on how to expand your network both locally and abroad.
The book helps readers identify their own social failings as well as the external factors that come into play in corporate relationships.
It also provides some solid recommendations on how to identify and select the best people (they’re tall and have good teeth), and bring out their strengths while fostering productive working relationships.
Basically it’s a one-stop-shop to becoming a big fish.
