A 66-year-old bus driver has been charged with indecent exposure after he was arrested for allegedly masturbating by the doors of his bus — while holding a can of coffee in his free hand.
A police spokesperson confirmed to Coconuts HK this afternoon that the suspect, surnamed Chiu, is due to appear at at Kowloon City Magistrates’ Court on July 26.
Chiu was arrested in Wong Tai Sin yesterday afternoon after a 28-year-old woman filed a police report on Wednesday.
The woman, who on.cc reports is surnamed Lau, told officers told officers she saw a Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) driver with his hand down his trousers — while leaning against the bus doors with a can of coffee in one hand — at about 6:15am on Tuesday.
The bus was parked by a sidewalk opposite the Diamond Hill Crematorium on Po Kong Village Road in Tsz Wan Shan, which is a largely residential area in the Wong Tai Sin district.
