Due to strong northeast winds, the Hong Kong Observatory found temperatures in urban areas dropping to 12.8 degrees Celsius – the lowest recorded temperature this winter season.
Hongkongers will see better weather in the afternoon with temperatures averaging around 18 degrees Celsius. However, as we reported earlier, the next few days will be chilly – expect some pretty cool, dry weather! Wrap up!
