Hong Kong police are investigating after a man and a baby he was holding died when he jumped from a public housing estate in Kowloon.
Residents of Choi Yee House on the Choi Tak Estate in Choi Hung called the emergency services at around 12:45pm today after hearing a loud bang, reports the SCMP.
Paramedics found the man lying unconscious on a terrace above the entrance to the building and the baby’s body on the estate’s sports ground podium about 10 metres away.
Both were certified dead on arrival at United Christian Hospital.
