A Coconuts Hong Kong reader, Leo Wan, snapped this at a restaurant in Huaqiang Plaza Hotel, Shenzhen. The dish was hilariously called stir fried broccoli boobies. Although a booby is a sea bird, we think the dish would sound much more appetising (to some of us at least!) if it was named stir fried broccoli and sea goose tripe.
