It’s always better when they’re together. That’s beer and food, of course.
In the latest innovative way to make us spend more money getting fat and drunk, Crafty Cow is partnering with Garage Project and The Bottle Shop to bring us a delicious mix of flavours and fun on Thursday Aug. 27.
On the table will be a five-course beer pairing menu, chiming in at HKD750 per person plus service – this new realm of dining doesn’t come cheap, you know.
The food should, however, be damn good, as it will be prepared by Head Chef Yu (former chef at two Michelin-starred restaurants).
The bevs should also hold their own, with Garage Project, a New Zealand Champion Brewery, and Hong Kong’s very own The Bottle Shop sure to bring some beertastic tastes.
