While Hongkongers feel burdened with problems like surging property prices, high pollution, and mainlanders’ antics, others seem to think Hong Kong is quite a desirable place to live!
In the 2013 Global Liveable Cities Index published by Singapore, Hong Kong took eigth position as the world’s most liveable city, a bit behind Singapore, ranked at third.
The cities were ranked against factors like economic vibrancy and competitiveness, eco-friendliness and sustainability, safety and stability, socio-cultural situation and governance.
