Apple is recalling older three-pronged plug adapters sold in the Hong Kong, the UK, and Singapore after determining that they may break, creating a risk of shock for users.

In a statement, the tech giant said that the AC wall plug adapters “may break and create a risk of electrical shock if exposed metal parts are touched.”

The company said it will exchange affected adapters free of charge. Apple’s statement also described how to identify the faulty devices.

“Affected three-prong wall plug adapters are white, with no letters in the inside slot where it attaches to an Apple power adapter. New adapters are white with gray on the inside portion that attaches to the power adapter.”

The BBC reports that six incidents involving the adapters had been reported, though Apple did not clarify how many people were shocked.

Apple is also currently recalling adapters sold in continental Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Argentina and Brazil.
