Party buses are a thing, right? At least that’s what movies and TV would have us believe – be it for proms, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette bashes – apparently people really like partying on moving vehicles. Haven’t you heard? Nothing cures carsickness like jello shots and twirling around a stripper pole.
While we Hongkongers have the option of renting out historical trams for various shindigs, cruising down Hennessy Road at snail’s pace on an open air ding ding just doesn’t quite cut it for some. So now we have another option – the disco minibus, which brings us one step closer to mobile party nirvana with techno music and a blue strobe light strapped to the speedometer.
It doesn’t come with a dancing pole yet, but we’re sure a few resourceful individuals will notice the grab pole next to the door. Don’t let safety get in the way of your Coyote Ugly bus dreams.
